Morse Manufacturing had past success in Mexico, but strongly believed that they were under-represented in that market. Their strategy was to use the US Commercial Service’s Gold Key Partner Search and New York State’s STEP Grant to identify new regional distributors to better penetrate the Mexico market. Hear how they developed, and then executed, their market entry strategy with a trade development trip to Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey.
