Routed Export Transactions - Albany
Tuesday, September 18, 2018
09:00 - 10:30 a.m.
When a foreign buyer controls the transportation of U.S. exported goods, the shipment is considered a routed export transaction. Since the U.S. government heavily monitors these “high risk” shipments, exporters must be particularly vigilant about complying with regulatory requirements for these types of transactions. (1.5 CES/MES credits)
You will learn
- how to identify a routed export transaction
- roles/responsibilities of those involved in routed exports
- mitigating and aggravating factors for violations
- exporter obligations for licensing, AES filing, and recordkeeping
This seminar includes continental breakfast. Space is limited, so please register by 9/17 to reserve your seat.
