Brief Description of Call: This Direct Line webinar is an opportunity for U.S. businesses--particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises in Northeastern states--to hear directly from Consul General Nina Maria Fite and an official from the Quebec government Bureau of the French Language on how to do business in accordance with Quebec's French Language Charter (Bill 101). The webinar will begin with brief presentations by the Consul General and Quebec officials and conclude with a moderated question and answer session. Representatives will be prepared to answer questions regarding language and translation requirements and other tips for succeeding in a French-speaking business environment.
